The codes here (Salt Lake Urban center, UT - IRC 2022) say that I cannot even hook up a 110 CFM sports fan to 4" flexible pipe, but Fantech says that is exactly what I should do. I don't want to install the Fantech fan if the inspector is going to narrate Pine Tree State it is not permitted.

FWIW, my bathroom has a window, so maybe I can just put in IT, even if it's not to code? Lastly, I've contacted Fantech, and they are totally unhelpful.

I should add that I only need about 60 CFM if I do the duration, width, height calculation method, and the Fantech website says I need 64 CFM simply does not allow for some explanation for how that is calculated.
